No guarantees

Digital products

Digital products, including the Mexico Move Readiness Kit, free checklists, worksheets, guides, and related downloads, are provided for personal use only. You may print or save copies for your own planning. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, upload, copy for commercial use, include in another product, or share the files publicly without written permission.

Personal consultations

Consultations are planning and educational sessions. They are not legal, immigration, tax, financial, medical, insurance, real estate, or professional advisory services. Payments

Prices are listed on the website or checkout page at the time of purchase. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to provide accurate payment and contact information.

Firm no-refund policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for digital products, downloaded materials, free or paid checklists, planning kits, consultation purchases, scheduled consultations, completed consultations, missed appointments, changes of mind, dissatisfaction with personal circumstances, or decisions not to move to Mexico.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be accessed immediately, purchases of digital kits and downloads are non-refundable. Because consultation time is reserved specifically for the purchaser, consultation purchases are also non-refundable.

If a technical issue prevents access to a purchased digital product, we may make reasonable efforts to resend the file, provide a new download link, or otherwise help you access the product. Technical delivery support does not create a right to a refund.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you must request rescheduling at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may be limited. Missed appointments, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your own decisions, research, professional advice, official filings, travel choices, residency applications, housing decisions, healthcare decisions, financial planning, tax planning, insurance decisions, and personal safety.
